The Interdenominational Ministers Fellowship and the Nashville Community invite you to Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. through multiple events surrounding the Monday, January 20 holiday.
Each year, thousands join in a week of activities prior to the national observance of MLK Day, in order to honor the life and legacy of Dr.King. The MLK Day March and Convocation have been organized by the Interdenominational Ministers Fellowship since 1989. On January 20 at 8:30 am, they will host the youth rally and march starting at Jefferson Street Missionary Baptist Church followed by the convocation at Tennessee State University Gentry Center.
